The 2013 edition of Storm is brewing strong and will take place on February 1st and 2nd in the beautiful misty landscape of Napoklu, Coorg.
The Storm festival- is the first-of-its-kind Camp Out Music festival – that redefined the very concept of a ‘destination festival’ with its debut earlier this year. 12 bands, 16 Indian DJs and 5 International names ignited the spirits of 2500 plus Stormers at the festival venue which is now called ‘Stormfields’.
Storm 2012 had set the benchmark, with its tight programming and high standards of production. The festival in year one had two vivacious stages with over 40 top rated national and international artistes and a well executed camp out arrangement (a first), along with a completely fresh destination for the festival.
Storm 2013 will feature 45 plus artistes across 4 brilliant stages to showcase some of the biggest and brightest Bands, Singer–Songwriters as well as Electronica artistes from the country and across the world. The 2nd edition will take place in 22 acres of heaven in Napoklu, Coorg – a place where nature merges with the music.
Adventure, camping, ecological awareness, late night campsite jams, handpicked music from across the world and breathtaking decor are some of the salient features of the festival. It will also feature workshops on farming and yoga among others. This time the musical line up will be exhaustive, and one can expect a lot more music, a lot more variety and quite a few surprises. The festival also stands firm on its ‘No Drugs’ policy.
