Review + Stream: Tom Wax & Strobe – Hangdrumania

We’re hoping that the cold winter is well behind us, paving away for the spring and summer months, when the festival season is in full bloom. To combat the wintery blues, Tom Wax & Strobe give you one of the most summery tracks titled ‘Hangdrumania’ – filled with that perfect Ibiza vibe that will set you off for the upcoming Miami Music Week, which is just around the corner and prepare you for the upcoming summer months.

The melody is beautifully sublime and extremely catchy, and the low-slung drums have an almost Caribbean feel to them, which will instantly transport you to the sun-kissed beaches and make you forget that it could possibly be quite dismal and cold outside.

As you go further into the track, you’re going to fall in love with the simplicity of the melodies and it will leave you with a smile on your face. It’s a track that’s meant to be played just as the sun is about to set, and you’re getting ready to continue the festivities well into the night. Already generating a lot of buzz from the heavy hitters in the industry, this track is going to be on many of the sets in the upcoming months.
